Our contract support offer helps anyone in receipt of funding through Actio. Our team will guide you through our contracting and monitoring processes with consideration of your organisations size and capacity for the administration aspects of our contracts and agreements.

Becoming a Provider - Expression of Interest
If you would like to become an Actio Funded Provider, please complete the Expression Of Interest Form. Our funding year is April to March and our main funding allocation takes place between October and February (with contracts awarded no later than March). Activities can be term time or holiday only, as well as year round. We are very much guided by what the provider feels is best and encourage providers to make contact with us to explore what they can offer in greater detail.

Already a Provider - Need Support
If you have been awarded funding from Actio you will be expected to complete quarterly monitoring and feedback. We provide the templates for this and encourage providers to ensure they complete in the timeframe requested. This enables us to complete our own audits and reporting too.
We also offer one to one catch ups quarterly to help providers where they may have questions or concerns they need to raise. This provides us with an opportunity to make you aware of any updates or new funding opportunities too.

Already a Provider - Exploring other funding
If you are already supported by Actio you may be interested in other funding opportunities that Actio has access to. Annually both partner organisations within Actio may attract additional funding that could be utilised to enhance the SEND Activity Offer we make available.
