One Page Profile
A one page profile provides you with a snapshot of a child / young persons needs, likes, dislikes, and can include key information about their needs. this may include how to communicate with them, what help and assistance they may need in the community, and anything that could help engage them successfully and independently.

Include Autism Resources
Ambitious About Autism have produced a resource kit to help services, providers, and environments be more inclusive of the needs of Autistic Young People. We encourage all providers to consider how inclusive they are and how they can make improvements where needed.
Activity Passport
Just for fun, we created an activity passport to help children, young people, and their families track what achievements they may be accomplishing across the activities they attend. This could be 'sat on a horse', 'walked independently', or 'made a friend'.
These goals and achievements can be set by families and or providers, offering an opportunity to track and key activity that families may wish to document. Download a copy here.
